Dance With Friends
Dance with Friends is a fun and inclusive Jazz and Tap class designed for children with Down syndrome, autism, and other disabilities. This class provides a supportive and encouraging environment where dancers can express themselves, build confidence, and develop coordination—all while making friends and having fun! With trained instructors and peer support, every dancer gets the opportunity to shine in their own way.
Acro With Friends
Inspired Kids 1 are joyful and engaging classes designed for little movers to build coordination, musicality, and creativity! Toddlers will explore the basics of dance through playful activities, learning to balance, transfer weight, and move with confidence. Using fun games, simple routines, and repetition, they’ll develop teamwork and self-expression in a supportive and encouraging environment. These classes also introduce basic dance etiquette while fostering a love for movement and music!
Rhythm Works
Rhythm Works is a specialized dance program that blends rhythm and movement with evidence-based practices in occupational and physical therapy. Designed to be inclusive, it provides a structured yet fun approach to teaching dance to individuals with diverse learning needs, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and sensory processing disorders. The program emphasizes social skills, motor function, and confidence-building, making dance accessible to everyone.
