At Dance Inspirations, we provide a wide range of dance classes, including musical theater jazz, tap, ballet, and more. Our classes are designed to incorporate the dynamic style of dance commonly seen on Broadway stages. We place a strong emphasis on teaching performance skills, such as connecting with the audience and conveying emotions through facial expressions. In addition to dance classes, we also offer acting, audition preparation, voice lessons, and more, all taught by the talented . Broadway Bound Singers:

Min: 4 students ~ Max: 12 Students 

A dynamic program designed for children age 7 - 11 who have a passion for musical theater. This program is specifically tailored for children who are strong readers and are eager to explore the world of Broadway through song. This class is ongoing through June!

 

Ages:

  • 7 - 11 (Students must have proficient reading abilities if under age 11) 

When:

  • Class meets on Tuesdays 
  • October 1st  - November 5 th
  • 6:00 - 6:45
    • 4 Students - 30 Min
    • 5 - 7 Students - 45 Min
    • 8-12 Students - 60 min

How much:

  • $110.00 - Members
  • $125.00 - Non-Members

Instructor: Mark Willis 

Ready, Set, Act! Acting Fundamentals for Theater: 

Min: 4 students ~ Max: 12 Students

Students experience a non-threatening introduction to basic acting techniques through improvisation, theatre games in pairs and groups, and beginning scenes. Exploration of interpersonal relationships and non-verbal body language are stressed.

Ages: 

  • 8 - 12 (Students must have proficient reading abilities if under age 11) 

When:

  • Class Meets on Wednesdays 
  • October 2nd - November 6th
  • 6:00 - 7:00pm 
  • (Length of class is dependent on amount of students enrolled) 
    • 4 Students - 30 Min
    • 5 - 7 Students - 45 Min
    • 8-12 Students - 60 min

How much:

  • $110.00 - Members
  • $125.00 - Non-Members

Private Voice Lessons 

  • Voice lessons are available for children aged 8 and older. Children between the ages of 8 and 11 must have the ability to read and schedule a consultation lesson with Mr. Marc to assess their compatibility. This consultation will help determine if they are a good fit for voice lessons before moving forward with a clear path.

  • 1st meeting 30 min consultation
    • the length will be determined by instructor evaluations
    • usually 1 hour time frames 
  • Minimum of 4 classes
  • Cancelation 24 hours in advance or you will be charged lesson cost

Private Acting Lessons 

Cost:

$35.00 / 30 minute lesson

  • Private Acting Lessons are available for children aged 8 and older.
